1. Eligibility
We offer intangible, irrevocable software products delivered electronically. Therefore, refunds are granted only in the following cases:
- Duplicate purchase made in error.
- Technical issues from our end preventing download or activation.
2. Refund Request Window
Eligible refund requests must be raised within 7 calendar days of purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email support@thinktekmedia.in with your order ID, purchase date, and reason. Our team will respond within 3 business days.
4. Approved Refunds
Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, subject to your bank’s processing times.
5. Non‑Refundable Items
Customized software services, integration fees, and professional services are non‑refundable.
